Mike grew up in South Boston, Massachusetts and attended Boston Latin School and Bentley University where he earned his degree in Management. After spending some time working in the financial and real estate industries, Mike eventually made a career in the automotive industry.

Mike has worked in the automotive industry for more than twenty years and has held every position in the variable operations side of the business from Sales Consultant to General Manager. For the last 12 years, Mike has worked as the Director of E-Commerce for a top 100 volume dealer group where he helped increase online sales by over 700%. Mike is an expert at building high performance BDC’s and sales teams.

Mike joined the team at Profit Pro for one simple reason, he wanted to work with Joe Gerbino and his team to build the best automotive training company in the industry. Mike currently lives in Swampscott with his wife Denise and their daughters, Mikayla and McKenzie.
